TRANSPORT
Disconnect the mains plug. When transporting, be careful not to drop, or otherwise shock the product. For
transport, the product has to be fixed against slipping and tipping over. Do not place objects on the machine.

Air conditioning not working
Is the air conditioner connected to the mains?
Is there a power failure?
Is the full water tank indicator flashing?
Is the room temperature below the set
temperature?
The appliance seems to be
working too little
Isn’t direct sunlight on it? (close the curtain.)
Isn’t too many windows or doors open?
Isn’t there too many people in the room?
Is there something in the room that
produces a lot of heat?
The unit seems to be doing
nothing
Is there a dirty, clogged filter?
Is the air inlet or outlet blocked?
Is the room temperature below the set
temperature?
The unit is too noisy Is the unit unstable so that it will vibrate?
Is the floor below the unit uneven?
Compressor not working Compressor overheat protection may be
running. Wait for the temperature to drop.
