• Lift the machine in the part of the intake hole/hose, press the buckle and open the Bearing Sleeve.
• Slide the end of squared-shaped cylinder on the squared shaft. Insert the second end into
the sleeve with the bearing. Close the sleeve and secure it by buckle.
CAUTION! A
Before installation of cylinder it is important to turn off the engine and let the machine
cool down. It is important to secure the machine against auto-start as well.
Note: I
The Cover of the sleeve and all the parts of the cylinder have to be placed exactly on
its place. After cylinder installation it is important to check all the parts before turning on
the engine. Vibrations of the cylinder can cause damage of the machine or injury of the persons.
Installation of the Auxiliary Hose (fig. 18 - 19)
• The suction cap in the front part of the machine is loosen by turning.
• Insert the hose into the hole, then turn it to protect it from falling out.
Placing of the Opening Suction Flap (fig. 20 - 21)
Note: I
The flap is placed in this position only when not in use. Fitting the flap to its functional
position can be found in the section of Suction / Exhalation Hose with Telescopic Handle /
Suction Valve.
Bumpers installation (fig. 22)
• Bumpers shall be installed according to the pictures. Do not forget to tighten the nut.
BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE
Note: I
All HECHT products equipped with petrol engine are tested to meet the very strict
requirements for the permissible exhaust emission limits. In production plant engines are
tested and adjusted during 8 minutes period. It is therefore possible, that exhausts or other
parts of the engine may appear slight signs of use. Kindly excuse this fact. Without these
settings and tests is not possible put petrol powered products into operation.
FUEL
CAUTION! A
Due to transport, the machine is supplied without engine oil and fuel. For the same
reason, some types of machines are also not filled with gear oil. Before commissioning,
fill with oil and fuel!
THE ENGINE IS CERTIFIED FOR UNLEADED PETROL - E10.
Use clean, fresh, unleaded fuel of merchantable quality;
C The machine is equipped with a four-stroke engine and must be operated exclusively
with pure petrol WITHOUT oil!
