3. Home appliance cannot be paired with the App
Reason:
• Home appliance is not powered on.
•
Wireless communication signals are weak because the wireless router is out of range.
• Wireless network cannot be connected to the Internet.
• The appliance is not in “Pair” mode.
• APP works abnormally.
• Incorrect password of wireless router.
Solution:
• Ensure that the device is powered.
• Adjust location of wireless router or the appliance.
• Contact your local Internet Service Provider (ISP).
• Please refer to ‘Add appliances’.
• Close WiFi of smartphone and then re-open it or restart the smartphone.
• Input correct password of wireless router.
4. The home appliance is offline all the time
Reason:
• The home appliance is not powered on.
• Network anomaly.
• The home appliance operates abnormally.
• App communication is abnormal
Solution:
• Ensure that the device is powered.
•
Adjust the location of wireless router or of the appliance or contact your local
Internet Service Provider (ISP).
• Please unplug the unit for 10 seconds and power on again.
• Restart the App, or disable and reenable WiFi on the smartphone.
5. The appliance doesn’t respond to remote control
Reason:
• The home appliance is not powered on
• The wireless router is not powered on.
• Network anomaly.
• App communication is abnormal.
Solution:
• Ensure that the device is powered.
• Ensure that the wireless router is powered.
•
Adjust location of wireless router or the appliance or contact your local Internet
Service Provider (ISP).
• Restart the App, or disable and reenable the WiFi on the smartphone.
