  If your Heinner Air Conditioner cannot be paired with the app, check the following: * Ensure the appliance is powered on. * Adjust the location of the wireless router or the appliance if the wireless communication signals are weak. * Contact your local internet service provider (ISP) if the wireless network cannot be connected to the Internet. * For an Air conditioner, press Horizon Airflow button 6 times on the remote and the buzzer will sound 5 times, wait until the display shows "77". Make sure that the pair is in 'Pair' mode.

  If you are unable to reset your password through the “Forgot password?” function for your Heinner Air Conditioner, it might be because the account will be frozen for 30 minutes if you fail to login to the account after 5 attempts. Reset the password after 30 minutes.
