NOTE:
1. Please note that for making coffee and frothing milk you have to use the same knob. The
correct position of the knob for coffee is up and for making frothing milk is down.
2. Please note that it is normal that at the first use, there will be a plastic taste, but after a
while, it will disappear.
3. In addition, it is normal for the espresso maker to drip some water when it is heating up
the water or when it is used the frothing milk option.
4. In order to enjoy a great cup of coffee, it is necessary to let the water reach the correct
temperature.
BEFORE FIRST USE
To ensure the first cup of coffee tastes excellent, you should rinse the coffee maker
with warm water as follows:
1. Pour water into water tank, the water level should not exceed the “MAX” mark in
the tank. Then replace the water tnak cover:
Note: The appliance is supplied with a detachable tank for easy cleaning, you can
fill the tank with water firstly, and then put the tank into the appliance.
2. Connect to power source, turn the ON/OFF switch (you should buck-up the left
knob if the indicator lamp is not illuminated), open the steam knob, the pump
begins to work and the water will come out, then buck-up the steam knob (Note:
There may be noise when pump the water it is normal).
3. The switch indicator lamp begins flashing when the coffee maker is preheating,
the preheating finished time is about two minutes and the indicator lamps will
remain ON.
4. Press one-cup switch in order to start the cleaning operation.
5. The water will flow out. Note: The appliance is not equipped with jug; please use
your jug or coffee cup. We recommend to repeat this operation if necessary.
