3. No sound is coming out of my
headphones or my speakers
− In the djay settings, make sure that the Split output
– Enable split output for pre-cueing with audio
adapter option is enabled.
− Make sure that the volume for your headphones
and your speakers is not set to zero.
4. My controller won’t power on
− Make sure that the controller is properly connected
to the external battery* or to the USB cable for the
power adapter*.
− Make sure that the external battery is charged.
− If you are using an external battery, press the
external battery’s power button twice.
