A: If you see any error code below, Please contact Hiboy Support Team to remove the error code.
E1 - Motor Hall Failure
E2 - Accelerator Failure
E3 - Motor Blocking Protection Failure
E4 - MOS Failure
E6 - Controller/Instrument Communication Failure
E7 - Battery Overvoltage Protection
E8 - Motor Overcurrent Protection
E9 - Brake Failure
5. What should I do when I hear an unusual noise coming from the rear wheel?
A: It usually means your disc brake tilt and cause friction noise. Please see Disc Brake Adjustment page.
