Image appears to be whole or partially blurred after rain. And it will return to normal after the sun comes back for a
while.
1. Right picture: Water or fog is on the outer surface of cover glass or ball. And it will return to normal after the
sun comes back for a while.
2. Left picture: Water or fog is in the inner surface of the cover.
