All Ethernet ports are down.

Steady on
The AP has been started up and
registered with an AC, but is in standby
state (does not have any associated
clients).
Slow flashing
(once per second)
The AP has been started up and
registered with an AC, and the radios
have associated clients.
Fast flashing
(twice per second)
The AP is upgrading the image.
Blue
Steady on
The AP has not registered with any AC,
is in standby state, and does not have
any associated clients.
Flashing
(once per second)
The AP has not registered with any AC,
but the radios have associated clients.
