Please confirm before use that the electric bicycle is equipped with an original battery. Never use those in other brands.
Inspect the lithium battery for its appearance and obvious faults such as damage, leakage, heat, water immersion, and smoke.
To ensure a safe transportation, the battery is charged only by about 30% when delivered from the factory. Please don't worry
about the battery in low or no power in first use due to the self-consumption during the transportation and storage, which is
normal.
Please charge the battery for 24 hours in first use after purchase or long-term storage.
It is optimized to run the battery in a temperature of 10℃-45℃.
In low temperatures, the available capacity of lithium battery will be attenuated in different degrees. Please refer to the followings
for details:
About 70% in -10℃, about 85% in 0℃, and about 100% in 25℃; in case of any peculiar smell, heat, deformation and other
abnormal conditions, please stop using it immediately, and stay away from it before contacting the after-sales service depart-
ment.
Operating environment
The battery is not a part that can be repaired by users. If an abnormality occurs, please contact the after-sales service department for overhaul.
Unauthorized dismantling of the battery will make it out of the "three guarantees" service, and may cause heat, smoke, fire, and explosion.
