- Geräte werden nur dann repariert, wenn diese
vom Anwender gereinigt bzw. dekontaminiert
sind.
- Verschmutzte Geräte gehen aus Sicherheits-
gründen unrepariert an den Absender zurück.
- Aufgetretene Störung genau beschreiben.
- Gerät bitte immer komplett mit Netzteil und Ladestation
einsenden, so dass alle Komponenten überprüft
werden können.
- Unbedingt Pipettiermedium angeben!
- Wurden vom Anwender unsachgemäße oder
andere als hier beschriebene Eingriffe am Gerät
durchgeführt (z. B. Gewaltanwendungen), sind
Garantieleistungen ausgeschlossen.
- Units will only be repaired, when they have been
cleaned and decontaminated by the user.
- For safety reasons dirty units will be returned to the
sender without being repaired.
- Please describe the malfunction exactly.
- Please return the unit complete with the power supply
unit and charging stand in all cases, as this will facilitate
checking of all components.
- Please quote the pipetted liquid.
- In the event of the unit being tampered with or being
used in any improper way, (e.g. the application of
undue force) any claims under the warranty are
void.
