  A DLP system failure in your Hisense Projector can stem from a few potential issues: * The FFC (Flexible Flat Cable) connecting the display board and the DMD (Digital Micromirror Device) board might be poorly connected or faulty. Try reinserting or replacing the FFC. * The DMD part might not be correctly installed, or the DMD itself or the DMD board could be failing. Try reassembling the DMD, or replacing the DMD or the DMD board. * The display board itself could be faulty, requiring replacement.

  If the warning indicator light is on, there might be a few reasons: * There could be an obstruction in the air outlet or inlet (ensure a 20cm clearance on both sides), or the ambient temperature might be too high (above 35°C). In this case, remove the obstruction or lower the ambient temperature. * It's possible the NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor is faulty or not properly connected. Check it by shutting down cooling to 25 degrees. A good NTC should measure around 10K. If the resistance is too high or low, replace the NTC resistor. * A foreign object may be jamming the fan. If so, clean the fan. * The fan itself might be broken, requiring a replacement. * There could be poor fan transmission. If the fan, directly connected to the display board, flashes slowly o...
