      If your Hisense Refrigerator is dripping water on the floor, it could be due to a few reasons. The water pan (located at the rear bottom of the cabinet) may not be properly leveled. Alternatively, the draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be correctly positioned to direct water into this pan, or the water spout is blocked, or the water is not fully inserted into the connector. You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan, spout and connector. Also, if the refrigerator has been powered off for a long time, ice in the bucket might have melted, causing water to flow to the floor.

      There could be several reasons why your Hisense Refrigerator isn't connecting to Wi-Fi: * Double-check that you've entered the correct password for your home Wi-Fi network. If the password was entered incorrectly, make sure the password is correct and connect again. * Verify that your home Wi-Fi router frequency is 2.4GHz. If not, set up a dedicated 2.4GHz Wi-Fi SSID and connect the appliance to it. * The router and appliance might be too far apart, causing a poor network connection. Consider either moving the router closer to the appliance or purchasing and installing a Wi-Fi range extender.
