  If ice is not dispensing from your Hisense Refrigerator, ensure you waited 4 hours after installing the water supply line before making ice. It may take longer to make ice when first installed if it is not sufficiently cool. Check that the water line is connected and the water valve is open. Also, verify that you haven't manually stopped the ice-making function and that you have selected either Cubed or Crushed mode. Check for any ice blockage within the ice maker bucket or ice chute, and ensure the freezer temperature isn't too warm by setting it lower.

  If you notice water dripping on the floor from your Hisense Refrigerator, the water pan (located at the rear bottom) may not be properly leveled. Also, the draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot might not be correctly positioned to direct water into the pan, or the water spout might be blocked. Check if the water is fully inserted into the connector. You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to inspect the pan, spout, and connector.
