Why is the water dispenser not working on my Hisense Refrigerator?
    • J
      Jenny MorrisAug 17, 2025
If your Hisense Refrigerator's water dispenser isn't working, first ensure the water line is properly connected and the water valve is open. Also, check for any kinks or obstructions in the water line. If the refrigerator temperature is too low, the water tank might be frozen, so try selecting a warmer setting on the display panel. Finally, ensure the filter is correctly installed; an improperly installed filter can prevent the water dispenser from functioning.

How to troubleshoot Hisense FSN535A20D not working?
    • T
      Tony LongAug 20, 2025
If your Hisense Refrigerator is not working correctly, make sure the power cord is properly plugged into the power outlet. Check the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if necessary. If the ambient temperature is too low, try setting the chamber temperature to a colder level. It is also normal for the freezer not to operate during the automatic defrost cycle, or shortly after being switched on, to protect the compressor.

Why is ice not dispensing from my Hisense FSN535A20D Refrigerator?
    • G
      Gregory HarringtonAug 23, 2025
If ice is not dispensing from your Hisense Refrigerator, ensure you waited 4 hours after installing the water supply line before making ice. It may take longer to make ice when first installed if it is not sufficiently cool. Check that the water line is connected and the water valve is open. Also, verify that you haven't manually stopped the ice-making function and that you have selected either Cubed or Crushed mode. Check for any ice blockage within the ice maker bucket or ice chute, and ensure the freezer temperature isn't too warm by setting it lower.

Why is my Hisense FSN535A20D dripping water on the floor?
    • P
      paulhurleyAug 26, 2025
If you notice water dripping on the floor from your Hisense Refrigerator, the water pan (located at the rear bottom) may not be properly leveled. Also, the draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot might not be correctly positioned to direct water into the pan, or the water spout might be blocked. Check if the water is fully inserted into the connector. You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to inspect the pan, spout, and connector.
