      Emily RobinsonAug 7, 2025
If your Hisense Refrigerator is not working correctly, check whether the power cord is properly plugged into the power outlet. Also, check the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if necessary. If the ambient temperature is too low, try setting the chamber temperature to a colder level.

What to do if water drips on the floor from my Hisense FTD120AFW Refrigerator?
    • D
      Danielle PachecoAug 10, 2025
If water is dripping on the floor, the water pan (located at the rear bottom of the cabinet) may not be properly leveled, or the draining spout (located underneath the top of the compressor depot) may not be properly positioned to direct water into this pan. Also, the water spout could be blocked, and you may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout.

Some sounds are normal, such as compressor running noises or a clicking noise before the compressor starts. However, excessive noise might be because the cabinet is not level, the back of the appliance touches the wall, or bottles or containers have fallen or are rolling.

Why is my Hisense FTD120AFW motor running continuously?
    • M
      morakaraAug 23, 2025
It is normal to frequently hear the sound of the motor, as it will need to run more under certain circumstances. For example, if the temperature setting is colder than necessary, if a large quantity of warm food has recently been stored inside, if the temperature outside the appliance is too high, if the doors are kept open too long or too often, or after installing the appliance or switching it off for a long time.

Why can't I close the doors on my Hisense FTD120AFW easily?
    • S
      Sarah RobinsonSep 2, 2025
If the doors can't be closed easily, check whether the top of the refrigerator is tilted back by 10-15mm to allow the doors to self-close. Also, check if something inside is preventing the doors from closing.
