  If your Hisense Refrigerator is not working correctly, ensure the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. Also, check the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if needed. The room temperature might be too low, so try setting the refrigerator or freezer temperature to a colder level. It's also normal for the freezer not to operate during the defrost cycle or shortly after being switched on.

Why is my Hisense HRB208N6BSE Refrigerator not making ice?

  If your Hisense Refrigerator is not making ice, first, ensure you waited 12 hours after connecting the water supply. It may take longer when first installed. Check that the water line is connected and the valve is open. Make sure the “Ice Off” mode isn't set. Clear any ice blocking the ice maker bucket. If water pressure is below 30psi, install a booster pump. Also, lower the freezer temperature if it's too warm and wait at least 90 minutes for ice to form.

  If the light in your Hisense Refrigerator isn't working, the LED light may be damaged. Refer to replace LED lights in“ Cleaning and Care” chapter. Alternatively, the control system may have disabled the lights because the door was left open too long. Try closing and reopening the door to reactivate the lights.
