What to do if my Hisense Refrigerator is not working correctly?
    • M
      Mary NelsonAug 18, 2025
If your Hisense Refrigerator isn't working, check if the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. Also, inspect the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if needed. The room temperature might be too low, so try setting the refrigerator or freezer temperature to a colder level. It's also normal for the freezer not to operate during the defrost cycle, or shortly after being switched on, to protect the compressor.

      Kelly StaffordAug 21, 2025
If your Hisense refrigerator ice maker isn't working, ensure you waited 12 hours after water supply line installation. Check that the water line is connected and the valve is open, and that 'Ice Off' mode isn't enabled. See if any ice is stuck in the bucket. Also, verify the water pressure is above 30psi (install a booster pump if needed) and that the freezer temperature isn't too warm. Wait at least 90 minutes for ice to be made.
