Using a combination of pulling on the handle and pushing down on the inside edge of the
foot-well with your free hands, slide your body up onto the Crosskis footboard.
Do not use the wheels to help you board. They will spin freely and you could fall or be
pinched between the wheel and the Crosskis body.
Do not climb onto the front or rear body panels. They are not designed to support a persons
weight.
No offshore operation
Do not operate beyond side of shore. The Crosski is not intended or equipped for operating
off shore.
No nighttime operation
Never operate on water after dark. The Crosski is not equipped with lighting for nighttime
operation on water.
Personal watercraft is typically not permitted to operate at night.
No anchoring
The Crosski is not designed to be anchored on the water. Do not attempt to anchor the
Crosski. Simply drive out of the water and park on land.
No towing
Do not tow anything with the Crosski. It is not equipped to tow anything, including another
vehicle/watercraft or for water-sports (e.g. water skiers, wake boarders, tubers).
Practice exercises
The first time a person operates the Crosski on water, they should practice and get familiar
with all controls, functions and handling characteristics in a safe area.
Fully familiarize yourself with the controls and their operation required for Marine
operation.
Where to practice
Find a suitable area to practice the exercises. Ensure the area meets the following
requirements:
No traffic
No obstacles
No swimmers
No current
Plenty of space to maneuver
Adequate water depth
Speeds
As you perform the exercises below, you will operate at increasing speeds. At very low
speeds, the Crosski sits low in the water and produces no wake. At medium or sub-planning
