Application

Prior to Operation

Adjusting the Saw Prior to Use

Adjusting the cutting depth

Adjusts the cutting depth by loosening clamp lever and shifting the base. Scale marks are for reference.

Installing riving knife

Installs the riving knife to the arm securely with attached bolts.

Adjusting the riving knife

Adjusts the riving knife position using hexagon head bolts, ensuring movement with cutting depth.

Adjusting the angle of inclination

Tilts the saw blade to a maximum of 45° by loosening wing bolts.

Adjusting the guide

Adjusts the cutting position by moving the guide left or right after loosening its wing bolt.

Mounting and Dismounting the Saw Blade

Dismounting the saw blade

Removes the saw blade by setting cutting depth, locking spindle, and loosening bolts.

Mounting the Saw Blade

Attaches the saw blade by cleaning spindle, using correct washers/adapter rings, and tightening bolts.

Maintenance and Inspection

Inspecting the saw blade

Checks saw blade for dullness; resharpen or replace for efficiency and to prevent motor malfunction.

Regularly checks and tightens all mounting screws for safety and proper operation.

Inspecting the carbon brushes

Checks carbon brushes for wear, replaces them to prevent motor trouble when worn.

Replacing a carbon brushes

Removes carbon brushes by disassembling brush caps with a screwdriver.
