Usage Features

Installation Position:

Horizontal Installation: Branch pipes must be on the same horizontal plane with an inclination maximum of ±30°. A straight length of at least 0.5m is required after any vertical bend.
Vertical Installation: A straight length of at least 0.5m is required after a downward branch, and at least 0.3m after an upward branch.

Piping Connection:

Pipe Cutting: Copper pipes must be cut with a pipe cutter, not a saw or grindstone, to prevent dust. The pipes should be blown with nitrogen to remove any internal dust.
Brazing: Nitrogen must be blown through the pipes during brazing to prevent oxidation.
Insulation: Insulation packed with the Multi-Kit must be attached to each branch using vinyl tape. Field-supplied insulation should also be attached to the piping, ensuring a close fit.
Flare Nuts: Flare nuts from the indoor unit should be utilized, and flares should be made after attaching the flare nut to the connecting pipe.
