. DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY FOR COMPRESSOR AND MOTOR

Important: Before disass
embly and assembly, make sure that the power to the system has been
disconnected and verified as voltage free.
Step Illustration Handling Instruction
1. Remove external
casing
1. Remove the top cover,
handle and valve cover;
2. Remove the outer case and
right side plate.
2. Remove motor
1. Remove the blade nut and
then remove the blade;
2. Remove the motor from
motor supporter.
3. Remove gas liquid
separator
1. Reclaim the refrigerant
from the entire system;
2. Unsolder the 4-way valve
piping assy from gas liquid
separator;
3. Remove the gas liquid
separator.
4. Remove compressor
1. Reclaim the refrigerant from
the entire system;
2. Unsolder the 4-way valve
piping assy from compressor;
3. Remove the compressor
mounting bolts by using
hexagon socket;
4. Carefully remove the
compressor from chassis.
5. Assemble unit
Assemble the unit in the
reverse order of
disassembly.
