Attach headset dust cap, insert handlebar tube, and pre-tighten screws.
Adjust handlebar parallelism, tighten screws, fasten plug, and lock.
Pre-install headlights and fenders, tighten fixing screws, and pre-tighten nut.
Attach front fender support to the front fork using screws.
Remove support shaft and install the silver disc brake into the brake system.
Assemble quick release, install lever, conical spring, nut, and adjust tightness.
Remove fender support screws and attach rear fender support to the frame.
Identify right pedal ('R') and screw it clockwise into the right crank.
Identify left pedal ('L') and screw it counterclockwise into the left crank.
Pull seat tube lever, insert tube, adjust height, and secure with lever/screw.
Mount front reflector bracket on handlebar and tighten screw with screwdriver.
Snap wheel reflector onto spoke and secure by turning clip with screwdriver.
Mount bell bracket onto handlebar and tighten screw with screwdriver.
Insert key, turn to 'ON', press display switch to power on the e-bike.
