Why is there no sound in my HME Stereo System headset?

If you're not getting any sound in your HME Stereo System headset, there could be several reasons: * First, ensure the base station has power by checking if the HME logo and other lights are illuminated. * Check the building's circuit breaker. * Verify the power adapter is correctly plugged into both the AC outlet and the J3 port on the base station's audio circuit board. * Make sure the headset is powered on (press the PWR button until the power light switches from red to green). * Adjust the volume using the Volume-up and down buttons. * If the power light isn't on, the battery might be low or defective, so replace it. * If none of these steps work, the headset may need to be registered.
