16.01 Drainage valve
Cleaning / maintenance
To protect the whirlpump from impurities, a fi lter is integrated in the
drain. When inserting the drainage valve, ensure that the lower pin
is exactly centred in the hole foreseen. The position of the overfl ow
regulator indicates whether the drain is open or closed.

The integrated sieve in the drainage valve must be
cleaned regularly.
A blocked fi lter impairs the suction power of the whirl
pump and consequently the performance.
Faulty functioning results!
16.02 Venturi nozzle units Deluxe
The nozzles must be dismantled and cleaned when water starts to spray from the nozzle while the cleaning program is
running. It is normal for water drops to exit during the cleaning program. This is unavoidable due to the smooth running
design of the interior components.
To remove the nozzle unit

completely, place the friction surface of the nozzle key

on the cover ring. The entire
nozzle unit

can be removed by applying pressure and turning the key anti-clockwise (to the left).
The Venturi unit/injector

can be removed from the nozzle housing using the narrow side of the nozzle key

. After
removing the nozzle unit, check whether foreign bodies or lime deposits are the cause of the leak. Parts with lime
deposits can be cleaned with an acid, lime-dissolving substance (e.g. diluted vinegar).

When assembling the parts, ensure that they fi t together properly.
When mounting the Venturi unit/injector

, ensure that the seal is in the correct position.
Lubricate the injector threads with silicone grease; tighten the Venturi unit/injector by hand as far as
possible, then use the nozzle key to turn the Venturi unit/injector a further 45°! Position the nozzle
unit

carefully in the inner threads of the nozzle housing. Tighten as far as possible and secure.
Damaged parts can be replaced by quoting the pertinent Ident. numbers with order.
