Bonnet release
To open the bonnet, pull the release
handle located at the lower right side of
the dashboard.
To release the bonnet, pull the lever
toward you. The bonnet is prevented from
opening fully by a safety catch.
To open the bonnet completely, reach in
under the centre of the bonnet opening
and move the safety catch upward, raise
the bonnet gently. Two gas struts will hold
the bonnet open.
To close, lower the bonnet gradually until
it is about 30 cm from closed, and then
push it down to close fully.
Pull on the front edge of the bonnet to
ensure it is latched securely before driving
the vehicle.
