  If you're having trouble feeling the stimulation, several factors could be at play: * Ensure your soles are adequately moisturized by applying some water, especially if they are dry. * Confirm that both soles are correctly positioned on each foot pedal. * Make sure the gel pads are attached firmly to your skin and are not overlapping. * Verify the electrode cord is correctly connected. * Increase the intensity by pressing the + button.

  There are several reasons why the power might be turning off during use: 1. If you're using batteries, they may be weak or exhausted. Try fitting 4 new identical 1.5V alkaline batteries type AA. 2. The treatment period of 30 minutes may be over, as the power turns off automatically. You can restart the treatment or turn off the massager. 3. If you're using a body massage setting, the electrode gel pad may be broken. In this case, replace the electrode gel pad.

  Skin redness or irritation can occur if the adhesive surface of the gel pads is dirty, dry, or damaged. Try washing the adhesive surface of the gel pads softly with your fingertips for about 3 seconds under slow running water. If the issue persists, replace the gel pads.

  If your device isn't turning on, check the following: * Ensure the batteries are inserted in the correct direction and are not depleted; insert batteries in correct direction or check the battery is in full power. * Verify that the adapter is properly connected to both the device and the main socket; check the connection of the adapter jack is well connected; and also the DC adapter is well connected to the main socket.
