  If your Homelite Chainsaw engine starts, runs, and accelerates, but the chain turns at idle and the engine won't idle, it might be due to the carburetor needing an idle speed adjustment. Try turning the idle speed screw “T” clockwise to increase the idle speed, or counterclockwise to decrease it. Contact an authorized service center for a rebuild kit if needed.
