Engine Oil
Change the engine oil (see page 48).
Remove the spark plug (see page 54), and pour approximately one
teaspoon (5-10 cc) of clean engine oil into the cylinder. Crank the
engine several revolutions to distribute the oil, then reinstall the
spark plug.
Reinstall the spark plug cap on the spark plug securely.
Reinstall the spark plug maintenance cover.
Pull the starter grip (see page 24) slowly until you feel resistance,
then return the starter grip gently. This closes the valves so moisture
cannot enter.
