11.1 Oil pan
a. Disassembly / Reassembly
1. Remove the engine from the mower (ch. 5).

OIL SEAL
HRD535/K1/K2: 25x38x7mm
HRA536 - HRD536/6K1/K2: 25.4x40x7mm
REASSEMBLY: ch. 11.1b
[4] OIL PAN
[5] SEALING WASHER
[6] OIL DRAIN SCREW
TIGHTNING TORQUE: 18 N.m
[7] THRUST WASHER
[8] DOWEL PIN
HRD535/ HRD535K1/K2: 8x14mm(2)
HRA536 - HRD536/K1/K2: 10x14mm(2)

OIL SEAL,6x11x4mm
REASSEMBLY: Apply grease to the inside of the oil seal lip.
[10] LOCK PIN
REASSEMBLY: Install by aligning the straight section with the groove of the governor
arm shaft.
After installing the governor arm shaft, immediately attach the lock pin firmly.
Set the governor arm shaft over to the governor slider.

[12] THRUST WASHER
REASSEMBLY: Install inside of the case.

TIGHTNING TORQUE: 12 N.m
HRA536 - HRD536/K1/K2: 8x50mm(6)
TIGHTNING TORQUE: 24 N.m
