ALTERNATOR/STARTER CLUTCH

STATOR/CKP SENSOR
REMOVAL
Remove the right crankcase cover (page 13-4).
Remove the following from the right crankcase
cover:
– four bolts and stator
– two bolts and CKP sensor
– wire grommet
INSTALLATION
Install the stator and tighten the four bolts.
Install the CKP sensor and tighten the two bolts.
Set the wire grommet into the right crankcase cover
groove properly.
Install the right crankcase cover (page 13-5).
