Manual control right after installation
After the batteries have been placed you can, if you don’t program the thermostat right
away, control the Chronotherm IV manually first.
You activate manual control by pressing Arrow Up (red: warmer) or Arrow Down (blue:
colder) to request the desired temperature.
You can do the same by pressing Temperatuur Continu. The abbreviation “Cont” is being
displayed, and with Up and Down you can select the desired temperature.
Pressing Start Programma ends this function.
Lighted display
Every time you press a button the display lights up for a few seconds. So even at night the
indications on the display are easy to read.
Memory Chip
The Chronotherm IV is equipped with a memory chip that keeps all adjustments. Even if
the batteries are empty the program is remembered. In that case, you’ll only have to punch
in the right time.
Temporary adjustments are not being saved.
