5 Remove the diaphragm housing
cover (1).
*Version up to 300 mbar

*) Unscrew the nut (1) and take out
the following parts:
 Washer (2)
 Centering cap (3)
 Spring plate (4)
**Version up to 1000 mbar

**) Take out the following parts:
 Spring mandrel (1)
 Axial needle roller bearing (2)
Unscrew the nut (1) and take out the
following parts:
 Washer (2)
 Centering cap (3)
 Support disc (4)
7 Take out the following parts:
 Diaphragm plate (1)
 Rolling diaphragm (2)
Check the rolling diaphragm for dam-
age. Replace it if necessary. Grease
the inner diaphragm bead.
