The digital communicator message from your Honeywell Security System may not be received because the system is in Test mode; remove it from Test mode. Check that all telephone connections are secure. If the issue persists, check with a different CONTROL PANEL to ensure your digital communicator is not malfunctioning. Also, the telephone number in the program may need a prefix or access code, so program this into the CONTROL PANEL. If the telephone call to the central monitoring station requires operator assistance, the system cannot work in this situation.
