Choose Notes > > Settings > Sync notes to the cloud, and enable Stay in Sync by
following the prompt.
After enabling this feature, if you delete the notes on your phone, the data on the cloud and
other devices that are logged in to the same HONOR ID will also be deleted synchronously.
Manage Notes
You can categorize your notes into folders, delete unwanted items, and share your
notes with others.
When viewing notes, tap the status bar at the top of the screen to quickly return to the
item or the beginning of the item you are viewing.
Set Password for Notes
Lock Notes: Go to Settings > Security & privacy > Device & data protection > App Lock,
follow the on-screen instructions to enter your lock screen password or customize the app
lock password, and turn on the switch next to your notes.
Categorize notes
You can categorize your notes into folders, add color labels to distinguish the
folders, and edit them to make your notes more clearly and easy to
View all notes:
• On the All notes list, notes are displayed in colors. You can also enter
keywords in the search box to quickly the notes you need.
• Tap the drop-down menu on the right side of All notes to check All notes, Favorites,
Recently deleted and other types of notes.
Create/edit folder:
• Open the drop-down menu on the right side of All notes, tap on the upper right
corner, and tap
> New folder on edit page, select your favorite folder color, type
folder name, and then tap Save.
• Click a folder to edit, delete, etc.
Move/collect/lock notes:
• On the note list page, press and hold the note to be edited, tap Move, select the folder
that you want to move the note to, and then tap More > Favorite, collect or pin the note.
• Open the note to be locked, and tap More > Add lock on the lower right corner.
• On the All notes list page, slide a note to the left to pin, move, favorite, or delete it.
