ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Caution: Please read all instructions carefully before starting the assembly process.
This unit is heavy and can best be assembled with the help of at least five persons.
Assembly steps:

1. Place the top of Hutch upside down on a soft surface to prevent from scratching. Attach
left end panel to the top of Hutch and screw with 1 flat washer (A), 1 lock washer (B), 1 bolt
(C) in the front and 2 flat washers (A), 2 lock washers (B), 2 bolts (H) in the center. Tighten
all bolts securely with allen wrench (D). (See diagram 1)

Assembly Process

Attach Left End Panel

Attach the left end panel to the top of the hutch using specified washers and bolts.

Install Back Panels and Center Rail

Insert back panels and center rail into the top back rail groove, then attach the bottom back rail.

Attach Right End Panel

Attach the right end panel to the top of the hutch using specified washers and bolts.

Secure Back Rails

Screw the bottom and top back rails to the left and right end panels with specified hardware.

Install Touch Switch

Fix the touch switch wiring using clips and screws on the inside of the front right post.

Install Shelves

Insert shelf pins into end panels, place shelves, and secure them with screws.

Attach Hutch to Console

Place the hutch on the console and secure it using a mending plate and specified hardware.

Final Unit Placement

Position the left pier, hutch, console, and right pier in their desired locations.

Panel Exchange and Special Instructions

Exchange Wood and Glass Panels

Remove gaskets from glass doors, replace glass with wood panels, and reinsert gaskets.

Lighting Assembly

Turn off power before connecting wires for lighting assembly.

Cleaning Instructions

Clean finished parts with a damp cloth and mild dishwashing liquid, then polish.
