Door Hinge Replacement

Door Hinge: Open the door

Open the appliance door to begin hinge replacement.

Drill out the existing hinge rivets.

Door Hinge: Remove front cover with Torx wrench

Use a Torx wrench to remove the front cover.

Door Hinge: Remove front hinge screw

Unscrew the front hinge mounting screw.

Door Hinge: Remove lateral hinge screws

Unscrew the lateral hinge mounting screws.

Door Hinge: Fit new hinge with riveter

Install the new hinge using a riveting tool.

Door Hinge: Fix lateral hinge screws

Secure the new hinge with lateral screws.

Door Hinge: Fix front hinge screw

Tighten the front hinge mounting screw.

Door Hinge: Fit front panel

Reinstall the appliance's front panel.

Door Hinge: Fit lateral cover

Reattach the appliance's side cover.

Door Gasket Replacement

Door Gasket: Open the door

Open the appliance door to access the gasket.

Door Gasket: Pull gasket out of position

Remove the old gasket from its seating.

Door Gasket: Push new gasket into correct position

Install the replacement gasket into its proper seating.

Filter Cleaning and Maintenance

Take out the lower basket to access the filters.

Detach the main filter and its supporting plate.

Upper Spray Arm Maintenance

Upper Spray Arm: Open the door

Open the appliance door to access the upper spray arm.

Upper Spray Arm: Extract upper basket

Remove the upper basket to reach the spray arm.

Upper Spray Arm: Push and unscrew spray arm

Push spray arm as indicated and unscrew counterclockwise.

Lower Spray Arm Maintenance

Lower Spray Arm: Open the door

Open the appliance door to access the lower spray arm.

Lower Spray Arm: Extract lower basket

Remove the lower basket to reach the spray arm.

Lower Spray Arm: Pull and remove spray arm

Pull the lower spray arm and detach it.

Upper Basket: Open the door

Open the appliance door to access the upper basket.

Upper Basket: Extract upper basket

Remove the existing upper basket from the appliance.

Upper Basket: Open clip

Release the securing clip on the basket rail.

Upper Basket: Fit new basket and close clip

Install the new basket and re-secure the clip.

Lower Basket: Extract lower basket

Remove the existing lower basket from the appliance.
