Console Not Lighting Up

Verify power cord is plugged in and switch is on.

Circuit Breaker Tripping

Verify treadmill is plugged into a dedicated 20amp circuit. Do not use extension cords.

Treadmill Shuts Off During Elevation

Ensure there is enough slack in the power cord for elevation.

Running Belt Off-Center

Verify treadmill is level and belt is properly tightened.

Clicking Noise from Front

Ensure the treadmill is level. Refer to the leveling section.

Heart Rate Troubleshooting

Environmental Interference

Fluorescent lights, computers, or large motors can cause erratic heart rate readings.

Caused by gripping handlebars too tight, heavy breathing, rings, dry/cold hands, or medical conditions.
