Step 1: Before you start

Note your network details

Record your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password found on the box.

Step 2: Connecting hardware

Connect Coax cable

Connect the coax cable from the wall port to the Horizon TV HD+ box.

Connect Power cable

Connect the power adapter and cable to the Horizon TV HD+ box.

Step 3: Connecting to your TV

HDMI connection

Use an HDMI cable to connect the box to your TV for HD channels.

Scart connection

Use a Scart cable if your TV does not have an HDMI port.

Step 4: TV setup and remote pairing

Initialisation process

The box connects to the network; be patient as this may take up to 30 minutes.

Remote control pairing

Pair the remote by removing the battery strip when prompted by the 'English' screen.

Troubleshooting connection errors

Actions for connection issues (e.g., Code 1090) or remote pairing problems.

Home Network setup

Option to configure home network settings on the Horizon TV HD+ box.

Step 5: Connecting home phone

Connect telephone cable

Connect the home phone base to the Tel 1 socket on the Horizon TV HD+ box.

Step 6: Connecting devices via Broadband

Wired device connection

Connect wired devices (PC, console) using an Ethernet cable to the LAN ports.

Wireless device connection

Connect wireless devices using the network name (SSID) and password.
