5. Turn the Throttle towards yourself slowly. The Hover-1 Rider will
begin to move forward.
6. When the Hover-1 Rider begins to move forward, put your feet in
front of you on the Foot Rest. Your speed will be determined by the
turn of the throttle and your speed level setting.
