Locate foam pads and handle bars, remove backing, and center them on pedal mounts.
Use screws and nuts to attach handle bars to the seat frame.
Insert the frame into the seat frame, adjust size, and secure with a locker.
Align seat holes with the seat frame and secure with screws using an allen wrench.
Place pedal mounts onto the scooter's foot pedals, ensuring they are centered.
Use adjustable straps with Velcro to attach the buggy to the scooter's pedal mounts.
Ensure both adjustable straps are secured tightly around the scooter for stability.
Ensure buggy/scooter are working, battery charged, screws tight, and tires good.
Follow laws, wear helmets, signal, ride defensively, and respect pedestrians.
