Wrinkles or Creases
l Make sure that paper is loaded properly.
l Check the paper type and quality. See “Media Specifications” on
page 139.
l Open the rear door and try printing to the rear output bin.
l Turn over the stack of paper in the tray or try rotating the paper
180° in the input tray.
Hint If the page is totally blank (all white) check to make sure the sealing
tape is removed from the toner cartridge and ensure that the toner
cartridge is installed correctly.
