3-l. INTRODUCTION
3-2. This section provides all the information
necessary to
operate the Model 4145A
Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer. Included
are descriptions of the front and rear panels,
graphics display, lamps, and connectors;
discussions on
operating procedures and
measuring techniques for typical applications;
and instructions on the instruments self-test
function and HP-IB capabilities. A breakdown of
the contents of this section is given in Figure
3-l. Warnings and cautions are given throughout;
they must be observed to insure operator safety
and continued instrument serviceability.
