to

ments
are
multiplied
by
the
calibration
factor
in
order
to
reduce
the
effects

error.

unchanged
unless
the
external
gate
width
changes

more
than
12%
in
which
case
another
calibration
factor
is
computed.
The
accuracy
specification
applies
to
readings
after
the
first
10
(see
Table
1-1).
