Power-on-reset the printer.
Is error 101 displayed on the operator panel.
No: The problem may be caused by power fluctuation. Turn to TAG 002: Check & Problem
Resolution.
Yes: Replace the IGS controller, then turn to TAG 002: Check & Problem Resolution.
