Main Gear Drive Removal
To remove the main gear drive:
1 Open the back cover.
2 Remove the lower back cover (see page 7-7).
3 Remove the paper feed drive cover (three screws).
4 Remove the fuser drive cover (three screws).
5 Remove the main drive cover (one screw).
6 Remove the gear stay cover (one screw).
7 Remove the gear stay (three screws).
8 Remove the cleaner drive belt (see page 7-55).
9 Remove the paper feed drive belt (see page 7-59).
10 Remove the main gear drive (three screws).
