NOTE: The touchpad spare part kit does not include the cable. The cable is available as spare part
number L91527-001.

Before removing the touchpad, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 20).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 21).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 23).
Remove the touchpad:
1. Remove the three Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (1) that secure the touchpad bracket to the computer, and
then remove the bracket (2).
2. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the touchpad board (1).
3. Lift the tape from the top of the touchpad (2).
