c. Remove the hinge cap (2) from the display right hinge.
The hinge cap is available using spare part number L73659-001.
d. Release the webcam/microphone module cable (3) from the display right hinge.
e. Detach the webcam/microphone module cable (4) from the display back cover. (The webcam/
microphone module cable is attached to the display back cover with double-sided adhesive.)
f. Remove the webcam/microphone module cable (5).
The webcam/microphone module cable is available using spare part number L70824-001.
17. If it is necessary to replace the display hinges:
a. Remove the display panel assembly.
b. Remove the hinge caps (1) from the display left and right hinges.
The hinge caps are available using spare part number L73659-001.
c. Release the webcam/microphone module cable (2) and wireless antenna cables from the display
right hinge.
d. Release the display panel cable (3) from the display left hinge.
e. Remove the six Phillips M2.2×2.7 broad head screws (4) that secure the display hinges to the display
back cover.
