Install
NOTE: For detailed installation instructions, see Detailed Microsoft Windows installation instructions
on page 80. For a general overview of the installation process, see either Install Windows software
for direct connections on page 78 or Install Windows software for networks on page 79.
Click the Install button and select the driver you want to install to launch the HP Color LaserJet CM6030
and CM6040 MFP Series printing-system software installation.

Click the Install PCL 6 Driver button to install the PCL 6 driver.
●
Click the Install Documentation and Optional Software button to install the HP Color LaserJet
CM6030 and CM6040 MFP Series MFP User Guides.
●
Click the Install PCL 5 Driver button to install the PCL 5 driver, which is a UPD that can you
download at
www.hp.com.
●
Click the Install PostScript Driver button to install the PS emulation driver, which is a UPD that
can you download at
www.hp.com.
●
Click the Install HP MFP Send Fax Driver button to install the Send Fax Driver.
●
Click the Scan Setup Wizard button to install the Scan Setup Wizard.
NOTE: For more information about HP Color LaserJet CM6030 and CM6040 MFP Series printer
drivers, see chapter 4 of this document.
Click the Back button to return to the main CD Browser screen.
