Solve problems checklist
If you are experiencing problems with the product, use the following checklist to identify the cause of
the problem:

Is the product connected to power?
●
Is the product on?
●
Is the product in the Ready state?
●
Are all necessary cables connected?
●
Are any lights flashing or do any messages appear on the control panel?
●
Are genuine HP supplies installed?
●
Was a recently replaced print cartridge installed correctly, and was the pull tab on the cartridge
removed?

Print a menu map
1. Press OK to open the menus.
2. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the Reports submenu, and then press OK.
3. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the Menu structure submenu, and then press OK to print the
menu structure.
4. Press X to exit the menus.
