Walk up and print using the easy-access USB port
The MFP includes a convenient walk-up USB port to print files directly from your flash drive.
Access saved documents or photos and print them quickly. Use the picture preview function to
view JPGs before printing. You can also scan files directly to the USB drive without a computer.
Save time and paper
The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476 series has a standard page capacity of 300 sheets,
including a 250-sheet standard tray and a 50-sheet multipurpose tray. With the option to load
paper in volume or use each tray for a different type, you won’t need to reload paper as
frequently.
Print smarter as your business grows. Load different paper sizes and handle big jobs with an
optional 250-sheet paper tray for a maximum capacity of 550 sheets. For more details, please

All trays support weights from media as thin as 60 g/m² all the way up to 220 g/m² on
HP Color laser glossy photo papers for stunning marketing materials. All trays are adjustable
and can print on media up to 216 x 356 mm.
